By downloading, installing, or using the Citizen Pass application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Citizen Pass ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Citizen Pass is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the USCIS naturalization (citizenship) interview. The App provides:

• Practice questions for the civics test
• English reading and writing practice
• N-400 application interview simulation
• Mock interview experience

The App is intended for educational purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency.

3. Disclaimer

No Government Affiliation: This App is not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. The content is based on publicly available USCIS study materials.

No Guarantee of Results: Using this App does not guarantee that you will pass your naturalization interview. Success depends on many factors including your individual preparation and circumstances.

Educational Purpose Only: The App is for study and practice purposes. It should not be considered legal advice. For immigration legal matters, consult a qualified immigration attorney.

Content Accuracy: While we strive to keep content accurate and up-to-date, USCIS may change test requirements, questions, or procedures at any time. Always verify current requirements with official USCIS sources.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App content
• Not use the App to misrepresent yourself to USCIS
• Provide accurate information if creating any account
• Keep your device and App access secure

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Citizen Pass or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

USCIS Content: Civics questions and vocabulary lists are based on publicly available USCIS materials, which are in the public domain. Our presentation, organization, and additional content are proprietary.

6. Purchases and Payments

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

Lifetime Access: After the trial period, a one-time purchase of $9.99 grants permanent access to all app features. This is a non-consumable in-app purchase — you pay once and keep access forever.

• Payment is processed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• No subscriptions or recurring charges
• Purchases can be restored on new devices via the Restore Purchases feature
• Refund policies are governed by the respective app store

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citizen Pass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
