New 128 Civics Test Pool Rules 🇺🇸

Did you know that for all N-400 applications filed on or after October 20, 2025, the naturalization civics test follows a brand-new set of rules? The total question pool has officially expanded from 100 to 128 items.

Inside the examination room, the officer will now read up to 20 questions instead of 10. To pass, you must answer exactly 12 questions correctly.
